To register for firearms-related training courses offered by Trigger Talent, you must:

2. Course Registration

Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.

By registering for a course, you certify that:

Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Trigger Talent does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

Prices, fees, and course costs are subject to change without notice.

All purchases are subject to verification and approval.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

Students must provide at least 72 hours’ notice prior to a scheduled class to receive a class credit or transfer to another available course date.

Refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds or credits may be provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Late arrivals
  • Failure to meet course requirements
  • Removal from class due to safety violations
  • Failure to pass course requirements

Company Cancellations

Trigger Talent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Instructor availability
  • Facility issues
  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Safety concerns

If Trigger Talent cancels a class, students may receive either a full refund or transfer to a future class.

5. Firearms Safety Compliance

Safety is the highest priority during all training activities.

Students agree to:

  • Follow all instructor directions immediately.
  • Adhere to all range safety rules.
  • Handle firearms safely and responsibly.
  • Follow all posted facility rules.
  • Maintain control of firearms at all times.

Trigger Talent reserves the right to remove any participant from training for unsafe conduct without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

Firearms training involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of safety measures.

By participating in any Trigger Talent course, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • Firearms handling
  • Live-fire exercises
  • Range activities
  • Training exercises
  • Transportation to and from training locations

Participation is entirely voluntary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trigger Talent, its owners, instructors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, and training facilities shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Death
  • Property damage
  • Lost profits
  • Lost wages
  • Emotional distress
  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. No Legal Advice

Trigger Talent provides educational information regarding firearms laws and regulations.

Nothing provided during courses, on the website, or through communications constitutes legal advice.

Laws governing firearms, concealed carry, self-defense, and use of force frequently change.

Students are responsible for independently verifying all applicable laws and regulations and should consult qualified legal counsel regarding legal questions.

9. No Guarantee of License Approval

Completion of any course does not guarantee:

  • Issuance of an Illinois Concealed Carry License
  • Issuance of a Florida Concealed Weapon License
  • Approval of any permit application
  • Reciprocity recognition by any state

Licensing decisions are made solely by the applicable governmental authorities.

Students participating in private or advanced training certify that they possess the necessary experience and physical ability to safely participate.

Trigger Talent reserves the right to discontinue participation if an instructor determines a student cannot safely continue.
